These filter systems on a frame with pump and accessories are designed to remove solid parts from a liquid stream.
The big advantage of this total solution is that you are quickly operational again and that you can take work off your technical service or installer. The filter system is particularly suitable for filtering sand from a water flow. By applying the filter sediment,
thus solid parts are filtered out in an efficient manner due to difference in specific weight of liquids and the solid parts.
The liquid flow is let in tangentially, creating a centrifugal flow that pushes the solid parts to the outside of the filter system.
After this, the dirt is pushed down and stored there. As a result, you can continuously flush the drain, but also choose to install a differential pressure or time-controlled valve so that the filter system is automated.
The liquid removed from sediment and heavier parts ends up in the heart of the filter system and leaves the sand trap.
These have an efficiency that lies between 85 and 92% and this can be increased, for example, by installing two or three systems in a row (in series).
