General information Offshore filters

In addition to standard materials such as stainless steel, we also have Duplex in our range. Duplex 2205 and polyurethane coating (class ISO 12944 / Marine Environments C5-M).
Our filter systems are suitable for treating waste water, process water, oil & gas, osmosis water and many other filtration applications on board ships, oil rigs, platforms, storage, etc.
These filter systems are also used in the petrochemical and offshore industry (Oil & Gas Industry), as Intake water, Utility water, Pipeline flushing, Cooling water, Waste water, Injection water, Pre-filtration to RO, Ballast water.

Types

There are two types: Duplex & Super Duplex. Compared with 316L stainless steel, it has higher corrosion resistance, especially against pitting and stress corrosion cracking. The material is therefore made of stainless steel, which mainly consists of a steel construction of ferrite and austenite. Partly because of this, the material can be called unique because it contains the best structures of both.
In addition to Duplex, there are even higher grades of alloy called Super Duplex. Material 1.4410 & 14501.
